Yoga Nidra or "Sleep of the Yogis"

To a yogi, ordinary waking awareness is illusory. Yoga Nidra leads the student through various layers of the personality, culminating in conscious connection with our authentic Ground of Being, where Reality is known.

What to expect when you practice Yoga Nidra

Best practiced lying down, I have successfully taught Yoga Nidra to people sitting in chairs. You will be guided by my soothng voice to experience deep relaxation of body, breath, mind, and emotions and come to a place of deep inner knowing.

When we view our lives from this state of consciousness, old memories, stress and trauma can be safely released.

Benefits of Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra's deep relaxation promotes profound healing of body, mind and spirit. It is being used for healing everything from insomnia to Post Tramautic Stress Disorder (PTSD) among veterans.

What to Bring

Bring an inquisitive mind and an open heart. Your favorite pillow and blanket optional.
