You Don't Know How to Relax---You think relaxing is difficult. You'v tried to still your mind but it jumps around like a monkey. You never sit still. You're a Type A personality--go--go--go. You know your relaxation outlets--smoking, drinking, overeating, or staring at the TV, etc.--don't serve you and you'd like to find a better way. You need a caring, experienced teacher to show you how.
Not Enough Time---You have more to do in a day, week, month, or year than you can easily handle. You want to be relaxed and get everything done in a smooth, comfortable way. Yet, responsibilities call on all sides--kids, work, parents, religious or social commitments, keeping fit, visitng friends, cleaning the house--the list goes on.. You give to others but can't find time for yourself. You need help setting priorities and protecting your time. Difficult Relationships---Your mother, brother, boss, co-worker, teacher, neighbor, etc. grates on your nerves. You are going through a difficult divorce, raising an opinionated teenager, caring for an ailing parent, fighting the zoning board, or arguing with an employee, etc.You need help setting boundaries, asking for what you need, and getting your viewpoint heard.
