Anyone can benefit from yoga, whatever our age, flexibility or health. I focus on midlife women and seniors, teaching yoga to enhance these special times of our lives.
Yoga practice includes poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana).
Though many enjoy yoga for it's physical benefits, the true goal of yoga is Enlightment.
Enlightenment is being completely at home in your body, mind, emotions and world.
